What can i do to update my ATI graphics card on Windows Vista..???? - ati graphics update

I want to install an update for my ATI graphics card, because "Blue Screen" always appears close to an IB .. then restarted (if I do not want). Every time I opened my Windows Vista, ATI Catalyst Control said that the mistake has caused, but why not .. I think it uninstalled and reinstalled, and simply does not work.
