I have recently bought a condo that was built in 2004. I have come some questions about the blinds in my window.
I'm not a fancy or expensive.
1) The installation of a particular type of transaction, saves energy and electricity bills?
2) If so, on what the blinds are not?
3) Does it make sense to put the blinds?
4) I think to put these tones mobile phones (cell) alabaster color (pictures in the window)? Are they good?
